Our amazing support personnel will book your appointment for you exclusively. We text you to remind you that we’re on our way to your home. In the unlikely event we need to reschedule, we’ll give you as much lead time as possible.

We aren’t the “sat through one webinar and swaps out lots of parts till things kind of work” type of repair service. Our extensive and continuous training covers all brands of major appliances. We go the extra mile to make sure we (and you!) understand the root of the problem is. Then, we can provide that guaranteed solution to you.

We only use certified genuine factory parts to get your appliance up and running again. No grey market, off brand, kind fits repairs. Our troubleshooting targets exactly what’s wrong, and our repair fixes it once and for all. We stand behind every single repair we perform for you.

Professional Repair

Suds everywhere, burners too cold, ice cream too hot and a dryer that leaves clothes wet?
One quick call and our experienced service professionals will come out and troubleshoot the problem.

You or your tenant receive:

• Our best assessment of the problem and solution.

• A written estimate, including parts, labor, and 90-day repair warranty period.

• If you have us repair your unit, we’ll credit you the service call and estimate fee.

• After the repair, we’ll verify the repair completely fixed the issue, and warranty our work for 90 days.

• If we find another issue with your unit, we’ll let you know.

• In the event your unit is beyond repair, or not worth the cost of repairs, we’ll let you know.

Note: We aren’t in the circuit board swapping business. We’ll take the troubleshooting down to the individual component level to provide an accurate dia gnosis and reliable repair.

cooling nicely. Turning a rental unit over to a new tenant? Opening or closing your home for the season? Time for a scheduled check up on appliances if you live here year round?

Our maintenance services on your appliances include:

• Turning on and testing of appliances.

• Cleaning of critical areas to prevent hazardous conditions, such as roof lint traps for dryer units and dryer vents.

• Removal of dust and other environmental debris from refrigerator and freezer coils, to optimize unit efficiency.

• Installation of new appliances as needed.

• We stand behind our troubleshooting, service, and repairs 100%. While we do charge a service call and diagnostic fee, your final repair or service charge is discounted to “zero out” the charge
